2 SE PAHOKEE FL - 3/31 20:00Z TRAINED SKYWARN SPOTTER OBSERVED FROM PAHOKEE A FUNNEL CLOUD APPROXIMATELY 3 MILES SOUTHEAST OF PAHOKEE, PARTIALLY RAIN-WRAPPED AND NEARLY STATIONARY. THE FUNNEL EXTENDED TO NEARLY HALFWAY TO THE GROUND BEFORE LIFTING. LOCATION RADAR-ESTIMATED/ADJUSTED. VIDEO RECEIVED OF FUNNEL REACHING THE GROUND WITH DUST BEING KICKED UP. RECLASSIFIED AS A TORNADO.

Noisy night last night with the front passage! Got about 1/3" of rain, power blipped once. Strong winds after frontal passage. Potential straight-line-wind damage to the Jet Linx hangar at Hobby airport in southeast Houston. Initial thoughts are that the hangar was lifted from it's foundation, and dropped onto the aircraft in, and around the hangar about 30' away from it's original location.
