I really understand the need to protest and the right to protest. The manner of the protests says much about those protesting. The Westboro Baptist Church has every right to demonstrate at soldiers' funerals carrying signs for more dead soldiers. They can do that because of those dead soldiers. But I don't have to endorse them or support any business that endorses such protests. I had no idea Saints players were participating in this. What I saw at the beginning of the game sickened me and I immediately turned it off and many of my family did. I can't accept this. There's no reason to accept it. Football is a game. Soldiers die permanently. I am done with the NFL and the Saints. I don't even understand the world where this type of disrespect is debated to be constructive. I was thoroughly disgusted today, and they can win all the rest of their games and I won't be watching.

It is very disgusting. Freedom of speech and protesting are everyone's right but you can find a way to do that without disrespecting our Nation, Flag, Military, and those you died to give you that right to free speech. What gets me even more are the fans who pay their salaries. These players are protesting while on the job, and everyone knows what would happen if the average Joe showed up to work tomorrow and started to protest.

I am done with the Saints unless they change their thinking . Yes "their". There is no I in team . I did not serve 6 years in the Army reserves for this B.S. Turn off their games . Turn off news about their excuses . Turn off their blame game . Turn off their "false victim" status . Turn off Drew Brees 's Trump deflection excuse . You boys brought it on yourselves, now own it like men . Saints, I have a Man Cave, you don 't.
