For the record, I'm gonna trust the NAM and Canadian for the rest of this winter when they come into range.
Same here. The 12km NAM nailed this from very early on. Also to note, the 10:1 ratio for snow accumulations was very close.
Yes, the NAM had my area receiving 3-6 inches pretty consistently and I ended up with 6”. I swear if it had been 32 the whole time, I would’ve had 18” in our yard! This was the most impressive snow event for south Louisiana that I can ever recall. My 66 year old dad said the same thing, and he’s seen some impressive snowfalls here in his time.
