I guess we can all go out and put our tomatoes in the ground now. So far a repeat of last winter. On a related note, I have been the red maples and Taiwan Flowering Cherries already in bloom. Bananas are starting to put our some green. At this rate it won't be long before we are mowing grass.
My husband mowed the grass this past weekend. And so it begins.
Heck, while the interval changed (every two weeks instead of weekly), the only reason we didn't mow this winter was when there was too much water standing in the yard for fear of sinking the tractor into the swamp!
Ash, oaks, cottonwoods, grapefruit and oranges are already budding out. Hopefully, last night's 31-degree low didn't set them all back.

Phew it's been quiet! We need something severe to track. Next month we'll be camping for 3 nights in the Texas hill country for the bluebonnets and some hiking. I really hope that's not when a severe weather outbreak decides to break out there.

The world has more than made up for it.
Also, starting to eye next week for some southern severe action. Also really should have saved the Tucks toilet paper.

Like it or not, this warm weather throughout the eastern US will allow people to spend more time outside. The warmer weather always plays a roll in the reduction of many virus transfers every spring n summer.
