I know it's a weird topic to post, I just wanted to know if any of you tried Lipozene or anyone you know tried it and was it successful? Would you recommend it? For the last several months I've been eating nothing but healthy foods, drinking nothing but water and occasionally a Gatorade, reduced my portions of food significantly, and even with my health issues, I've been pushing myself to be as physically active as possible, exercising, walking as much as I can, so forth and so on. With all of my efforts and measures and MAJOR lifestyle changes, I thought I'd be dropping the weight, NOPE, instead I have GAINED weight since I implemented all these healthy changes and what not. I just don't know what else to do, I am doing all the right things the right way and I just don't understand why and how in the world I am gaining and not losing weight! I am at total wits end here! So if you or anyone you know tried Lipozene and had success with it, please let me know. I totally appreciate it and many thanks in advance!

Medical issues should be ruled out first. You need to have your thyroid checked. If it is under active, you will gain weight no matter what you do til it is controlled with meds. I don’t know your age but if you are over 40, it will happen. Your metabolism slows down majorly around age 40 esp for women when they start going through more hormonal changes. Right after 40th birthday for me, I put on 15 pounds after staying same weight for years. I try to watch diet as much as I can and go to gym daily and walk 5 miles a day. Not gaining any more thankfully but not exactly losing either

Thank you so very much for your words of wisdom and guidance. A few days after I posted this I got depressed, disillusioned, and felt down about the whole situation. I overindulged in candy bars like Kit Kat's, Peanut Butter Snickers, and etc. So I increased my daily exercise routine significantly and went back on a very strict diet. I was getting little to no results still and I overindulged yet again a few days ago and drank an entire quart of Egg Nog by myself and did more candies. Then I read what you wrote about age being a possible factor, I just turned 47 on the 3rd. I have made an appointment with my Doctor to discuss this with him in depth and see if he needs to test me for anything and to come up with a better game plan. It's just so easy for the weight to add up but so very difficult to lose it at times. Once again thank you so very much for all of your wisdom and I appreciate it!
