NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS...MAINLY IMPACTING THE WESTERN HALF OF THE
OUTLOOK AREA...ARE POSSIBLE LATER TODAY AS DEEP GULF MOISTURE MOVES
NORTHWARD INTO THE WESTERN GULF REGION. SOME THUNDERSTORMS MAY BE
STRONG WITH OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND GUSTY WINDS. IN
ADDITION...LIGHT TRANSPORT WINDS ALOFT MAY LEAD TO SOME SLOW MOVING
THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN RESULTING IN
POSSIBLE FLOODING OF STREETS AND LOW LYING AREAS. THUNDERSTORMS ARE
EXPECTED TO BECOME MORE SCATTERED IN COVERAGE THIS EVENING.
