ESTIMATING RAINFALL AMOUNTS EXCEEDING AN INCH IN THE PAST
HOUR...WHICH WHEN COMBINED WITH THE EXCESSIVE RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF
THE PAST FEW DAYS COULD BE PRODUCING MINOR FLOODING ALONG AREA
ROADWAYS.
