.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT
THERE IS A MARGINAL RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS TODAY. THE
PRIMARY THREATS WILL BE DAMAGING WIND GUSTS FROM DOWN BURSTS UNDER
THE STRONGER STORMS. WATERSPOUTS AND TROPICAL FUNNEL CLOUDS WILL
ALSO BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS. RAINFALL MAY
ALSO BE HEAVY TO TORRENTIAL AT TIMES WITH SLOW MOVEMENT OF ANY
STORMS. THIS CAN LEAD TO SOME LOCALIZED FLOODING OF STREETS AND
LOW LYING AREAS. THUNDERSTORMS MAY LINGER IN PORTIONS OF THE
OUTLOOK AREA WELL INTO THE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT HOURS TONIGHT.
