THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATED WITH TROPICAL DEPRESSION BILL PRODUCING
LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AS CELLS TRAIN OVER THE SAME AREAS. THIS WILL
CAUSE MINOR FLOODING. OVERFLOWING POOR DRAINAGE AREAS WILL RESULT
IN MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. AROUND ONE TO ONE AND A
HALF INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF
HOURS.
