I am checking climacell and it is telling me that it is going to be a cloudy and chilly weekend here in Salt Lake city. Looks like I am going to spend the entire weekend indoors, watching netflix and cooling some pork ribs.

With snow such a short distance from you, I'd be taking a short trip! Of course if you live there maybe you are over it.
We're heading up to the Smokey's tomorrow, but we won't be lucky with any wintry weather unfortunately. I'm good with that though...this is more of a relaxcation, hanging out with friends at the cabin for a few days and Friendsgiving on Sunday.
Yea, we didn't try to plan anything around the weather. This was just a relax at the cabin Friendsgiving event with 1 short, 1.5 mile hike with the kids. Yesterday morning I did get to experience freezing fog for the first time though. A cloud deck rolled in (cabin wasn't too high...around 1800') and temps were in the upper 20's. The fog was freezing onto surfaces immediately. Pretty awesome to see. It didn't last long and as soon as the sun rose above the horizon, the ice begin to melt.
