BTW this storm doesn't seem to be moving at all now. If anything looks like a small drift north.

I hear you, but I'm going by the data given from the last advisory to this one, i.e., the coordinates. It was 26.8 latitude at 11:00 a.m. and it's 26.8 latitude at the 1:00 p.m. advisory.

I'm not a mathematician but that is zero movement latitude in the last 3 hours presuming that data is correct. It was moving WNW prior so NHC is not going to correct the motion to West off of two data points.
