Sorry about the lack of posts last night, but I was tracking the monster tornado through Rolling Fork and Silver Springs last night. I think it's going to be hard for the NWS to not consider EF-5 on this one. Here's a screenshot I took after it went through Rolling Fork. As of this morning, at least 23 fatalities. 4 Tornado Emergencies were issued last night. Needless to say, the SPC nailed this one.
I think Rolling Fork and Amory are both gonna be gunning for the top prize. The Amory tornado broke the velocity product. There was literally a black hole for more than a few frames.

Having looked at multiple pictures and videos from Rolling Fork, that is where you found the most destruction. It's eerily reminiscent of the Tuscaloosa damage from 2011. I don't think they will rate it an EF-5 because there is no scattering of the debris from foundations and the trees, while missing all their leaves and a lot of branches are not debarked. I would go out on a limb here to say it will definitely be a high end EF4 with winds of probably 185mph to 190mph. Amory looks to have fared just slightly better but still looks to have received high end EF3 damage.
I was monitoring the terrible weather in northern Mississippi, particularly an area north of Vicksburg over to west of Starkville. Horrible tornadoes, those on police scanners mentioning massive devastation and EMS overwhelmed from casualties. Think I heard of one storm chaser in the area getting some injured in his car and driving them to a hospital in Vicksburg. Woke up to news of over 20 dead.

The NWS out of Jackson gave a preliminary rating of EF4 to the Rolling Fork-Silver City tornado. They said that additional will continue to take place and the rating might change but I think it will stay an EF4. It will still be in the upper echelon of Mississippi tornadoes. The same supercell also produced the tornado that went through Amory and Smithville. It was tornado warned all the way into the Huntsville area, so nearly 275 miles. Mississippi needs a break from these killer tornadoes.

Zack Fradella: Not sure, the LRC is something that takes a lot of work to follow and keep up with. It's not as easy as looking at the parameters and making a forecast. This deters many from even giving it a chance. Also, there is some doubt from the weather world.
