MISSISSIPPI. THE WINTRY MIX IS EXPECTED TO CHANGEOVER TO MOSTLY
SNOW...DURING OF THE MORNING RUSH HOUR FROM ABOUT 6 AM TO 10
AM...THIS MORNING...DIMINISH TO A MIXTURE OF PATCHY LIGHT RAIN AND
