Wondering if anyone could tell me the timing on some of this stuff. I’m supposed to fly back home into New Orleans Friday afternoon from Orlando, and am concerned about being able to get back home. Not sure how airports normally operate during these type of events. Thanks.

yeah and makes me glad after Katrina I built my house 10 feet off the ground and 28 feet above sea level on the MS Beach... I feel for those who might get the deluge forecasted with this storm... hope it does not come to fruition... LA could see some flooding similar to 2016... I hope the hell not..

House has never flooded. We’ve been here 20 years thru Allison, Katrina, Isaac, Lee. Street flooding but never house. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The clouds outside are already associated with 92L. And looking at radar/visible composite, you can almost make out a little banding structure starting to take place. Upper level winds seem quite favorable. Only in the 5 to 10kt range.
