WOW...did not know this! I still do not have internet at my new home so I've been using my phone's hotspot. But I agree, that really is upsetting. I bet users on the various weather station forums are going nuts over this. There has to be a way to pull a CVS file out. Have you checked on www.wxforum.net/ ? That's my go to forum for weather station questions.

I think it's water under the bridge now. I did place a call to them when I got my new station as I was assigned a new station number. They told me then that they couldn't link my new station account with my old station...so I knew at that time I had already lost all my data.
I deleted the app on my phone as well...it's useless to me now and I don't want to give any business to them.
Luckily Ambient is in the middle of adding all of what Wunderground had before to their apps.... but that doesn't get back all that data.

So I just looked at the web site for Wunderground and it does have my current PWS historical data for my new station.....but it's true that the 15+ years of data for my previous statios is gone.
When I deleted the Android app it no longer seemed to support the historical data but I don't know as there were often issues with the app.
Regardless I'm done with them...not that they care!
All this talk....I really need to get my PWS back up!
What are you waiting for?!?!?! It doesn't take long!
Even when I do, where I live now is unserviced by every internet carrier so I have to use my phone's hotspot to do work on my laptop (which is also why I haven't been on here as much as usual)
