It looks like it is. Been watching a rain band just north of what looks like the COC, and as it approaches our location, it sure looks like it's letting up. The winds seem to have died down a bit lately, too. 10-15 minutes ago, were getting ~20-40 mph winds, now it's been >20 for the last few minutes. Hopefully that trend continues.
