Edit: Just looked it up and there are 6 name lists, so the names recycle every 6 years. So we saw Cindy in 2011 and 2017

Thanks, Wilee! That's four Cindys since 2005. I guess I notice that name more than others like Humberto, Francoise, etc. I didn't realize all the names were recycled every 6 years.
