.SYNOPSIS...UPPER LEVEL SHORT WAVE TROUGH CONTINUED TO PULL FURTHER
EAST AND NORTHEAST OF THE REGION WITH THE LOCAL REGION EXPECTED TO
REMAIN ON THE SUBSIDENT SIDE OF THE UPPER TROUGH THROUGH THE FORECAST
PERIOD. SATELLITE IMAGERY STILL SHOWED PATCHES OF SHALLOW TRADE
WIND MOISTURE BEING TRANSPORTED WESTWARD ACROSS THE REGIONAL WATERS
IN THE PREVAILING SOUTHEAST TRADE WIND FLOW. IN THE LOW LEVELS...
STRONG HIGH PRESSURE CENTERED OVER THE NORTH CENTRAL ATLANTIC
WILL CONTINUE TO LIFT FARTHER NORTHEAST AS A DISSIPATING COLD
FRONT AND ASSOCIATED SHEAR LINE MOVE FARTHER EAST ACROSS THE
WEST AND SOUTHWEST ATLANTIC. AS THE FRONTAL BOUNDARY AN ASSOCIATED
SHEAR LINE APPROACH THE REGION FROM THE WEST...IT IS TO INDUCE
A WEAK SURFACE TROUGH ACROSS THE AREA BY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.
