Heavy rain will wind up somewhere if not widespread , coastal flooding as usual, questionable on shore wind event.

It's in a nice little pocket of upper level favorable conditions leading to nice outflow in all quadrants, but it'll be butting up to that southwesterly shear over the next 24 hours. Looking at the GFS however, that southwesterly shear is supposed to back step to the west some. How close will the center get to that shear? If it stays just far enough, it would actually help the outflow on the western quadrants.
