TROPICAL DEPRESSION BETA Discussion Thread

I will be saying a prayer for you again to spare LA but this afternoon I need a prayer from all of you, my mom is in ICU in St Augustine this afternoon battling Covid, went into emergency pre-dawn short of breath and without able to swallow any food for the past 24 hrs from coughing so much, no fever which was weird. She was still waiting for results after she had taken a test for Covid this past Monday after my brother, sister-in-law had fever last week. My nephew living with them also had fever, had tested positive when he went to Emergency during the weekend for being dehydrated from the fever, but he's fine now.
We are hoping she went in just in time and feel confident she will be OK. Talking to a cousin of mine who is a nurse practitioner down in Miami says that Covid treatment has come a long way from when the virus started which they didn't really know how to treat it and so many people were dying at first.
