We don't know that definitively at this point. As of this writing, it hasn't emerged into the Gulf quite yet. Remember Sally was going to slam Grand Isle and NOLA according to the NHC track on a Sunday morning, and by Tuesday morning that changed drastically. We should have a good handle on it by this evening. One thing for this storm is that two days out, the landfalling cone is much narrower. Also, given that this is expected to be a very large storm, one must focus on potential conditions for one's area, not so much a direct hit. Given that much of Louisiana may be on the eastern side, folks need to be aware of that and watchful, and we still don't know for sure how much of Louisiana will be on that eastern side.

Gotcha. FWIW, 06Z HWRF pretty much has exact same solution as 00Z, maybe a smidgeon to the west. I'm splitting hairs here.
