noticing family, friends and a bit of ourselves just starting to really wear down. I tried to discuss this upcoming week in weather and for the first time ever she just said I don’t want to hear it. I just got over my three hour “in the cone” meltdown. Thankfully we are no flood, whole house NG generator, and water system. Fully stocked. Roll down shutters. And I still don’t feel totally comfortable this year. We have all been through so much....no matter who you are. It’ll get better....it will eventually.

Agree. It’s just too much. This seems like just rubbing it in. The weathers just starting to get cool and it felt like we made it through the season unscathed. Halloween decorations were going to go up this week and people seemed to be clearing out of the funk that at times just seems overwhelming. And, here we are again. I told my mom about it this afternoon. She cursed (she never really does) and then started crying. It’s just too much right now.

GFS totally erases Gamma out of the picture.

Stronger Tropical Storm...earlier it barely had a TS.

Again if a model wraps Gamma into it I discount it. Gamma is on the way out and will be a naked swirl tomorrow.

The 4:00am update moved ever so slightly west and the discussion sort of hints that it could be moved further west in the future. Maybe I read into it wrong but the impression I got was that the NHC kind of believes further shifts may be to the west instead of the east. Am I the only one who came away from their discussion with that impression?

Once that shear let’s up, this will go quickly.
